Kunti Betta Trek Overview
Kunti Betta comprises two picturesque rocky hills overlooking the town of Pandavapura. Steeped in Mahabharata legend, it is believed the Pandavas and their mother Kunti stayed here during exile. It is highly popular for short day outings and bouldering.
The short trail starts past the Kunti Kund water tank, ascending across large volcanic granite boulders and small grassy gaps. Some basic hands-on scrambling is needed to pass steep rock seams to reach the main summit overlooking vast green rice fields.
