Ettina Bhuja Trek Overview
Ettina Bhuja ('Ox Hump' in Kannada) is a very unique peak situated near Mudigere. The mountain has an unmistakable outline resembling the hump of a humped bull, making it highly attractive for casual trekkers and landscape photographers.
Starting from the ancient Bhairapura temple site, the trek goes through mild woods and clear meadows. The final phase involves an extremely steep but short hand-and-foot scramble up the bare vertical rock face of the 'hump' structure.
