Narasimha Parvatha Trek Overview
Narasimha Parvatha is the tallest peak in the Agumbe forest range, notorious for receiving some of the highest rainfall measurements in the country. The trail is an intense rainforest adventure containing dense vegetation, wildlife, and stream tracking.
Departing from Malandur village, you dive into heavy, dark evergreen rainforest canopies where sunlight barely hits the floor. After a strenuous vertical incline through roots and mud, the path suddenly gives way to an expansive, high-altitude grassland peak.
